As a simple-unregistered visitor you can browse freely in the online store blackhole.gr without giving any personal information.

If you wish to create a personal account, in order for the respective membership services to be activated automatically (trading, order tracking, newsletters, etc.), you will be asked for your name and e-mail address and a password , so that you can log in every time after your registration.

Also, some personal data will be needed in case you wish to place an order (name, surname, e-mail address, product shipping address or even if you want to issue an invoice) or to be informed about new products, in order to become more our immediate communication. Product purchase information: the absolutely necessary information for each transaction is your name, a landline, address (street, city, postal code), shipping address of the order and type of document (receipt, invoice).

We need to know some specific information, so that the products reach you on time and with proper service. So, we ask you to provide us some information yourself, such as mobile phone number (in case we need to contact you directly), fax number and occupation. 

The personal data you provide to us is held by us solely for reasons relating to your transactions with us, the improvement of our services and the successful processing and may not be disclosed to or used by any third party (with the exception of where provided by law, to the competent authorities only). You have the right to request us as the "Processor" for: access-information, correction, restriction of processing of data concerning you, objection to processing as well as for deletion and portability, but also for revocation of any consent granted, always under the terms and restrictions of current legislation.
