Return Policy-Payment and Shipping Methods-Delivery
The Black Hole store supports e-shopping and therefore lists the Terms under which the product you purchased can be returned.
1. Where we ship products:
Black Hole serves customers from all over Greece & abroad. Your orders are sent by courier and at the customer's expense.
2. Limitation of liability:
www.blackhole.gr does not provide a guarantee for the availability of the products it presents and has, however it guarantees the timely information of the final consumers about their non-availability and takes care of the refund. Our online store is only responsible for fraud and gross negligence, in case of delay in the delivery of ordered products and for information provided by it or services provided through the website.
3. Product returns:
Returns on earrings and body jewelry are not accepted due to the need to protect public health and hygiene. The only case where the return of products will be accepted is that an error has been made by part of our store in your order and that the wrong product has been sent to you. Also, in case you have been sent a defective product from the beginning with our proven fault.
(a) In cases where other than the sold items are delivered, by type or quantity or a property is missing, which has been previously agreed in writing by sending an email to us from you, the customer returns the products to check and confirm the error. If our mistake is confirmed, the return of the product to be replaced should be done together with all the documents that accompanied the product and its complete packaging within 5 calendar days from delivery. The products should be in excellent condition, in their original packaging, and have all the labels on them. Products that have been used or washed are not returned. In this case, the cost of returning the wrong products to us, as well as the cost of return to the customer, are borne by us, as long as the method of return indicated by us is observed.
(b) In the event that the product is found to have a manufacturing defect from the outset, provided that this is confirmed by our supplier, who provides the guarantee of good construction and quality, the following applies: the return of the product to be replaced must be made with all documents, which accompanied the product and its complete packaging within a period of 14 calendar days from delivery, after sending an email to [email protected] or telephone contact at 6995045542,6981808542. The products must be in the condition in which they were received, in their original packaging and have all the labels on them. Products that have been used or washed are not returned. The return of the products will be done by courier. In this case, the costs of returning the products to us, as well as the costs of returning to the customer, are borne by our store as long as the way of return indicated by us is observed. After the return of the products, the defect is checked, reported by the customer, and then contacted to inform him about the results of the inspection. If the defect is found, the product is replaced, otherwise the transaction is canceled. In case of cancellation of the transaction, the refund of the original purchase is made in the same way as the initial payment of the customer to us.
4. Shipping methods:
(a) Shipping costs: The shipping cost of the product is calculated upon completion of your order. Shipping is at the expense of the recipient-customer and to the address you have stated to us during your order. Costing is the responsibility of each company. (b) Shipping methods: We cooperate with the courier companies ELTA Courier and Speedex Courier as well as with transport companies depending on the place of delivery. Delivery of your order is done responsibly and with the capabilities of each company. Delivery / receipt is considered completed when signing the receipt of the products at the address you stated (yours or another recipient, eg in case of gift order). You must check, before signing the receipt, that the package, which we sent to you and is delivered to you by the shipping company, does not show any signs of violation or damage.
5. Payment methods:

BLACK HOLE reserves the right to unilaterally modify or renew this Policy, in accordance with its needs, its legal interests, the applicable legislation and the transactional morals. BLACK HOLE undertakes the obligation to inform the Users and its customers in general about any modifications and changes through the website www.blackhole.gr.
